Our firm has experience in handling Civil Cases as
well as Special Criminal Cases, including Military Court for Criminal Cases,
Severe Criminal Human Rights Violation, Environmental Criminal Cases and
Taxation Criminal Cases. From all cases entering into our office, the Criminal
cases are 20% and the rest are Civil, Commercial and State Administration cases,
where most of them (85%) of the total Civil case could be settled out of court
settlement.
Our office is also experienced in Legal Corporate matters, relating to corporate
debt restructuring or the debt restructuring of personal debtors and It has
handled liquidation cases voluntarily for Debtors, either in the form of
companies or individuals, with an average total of Creditor of above 200 people
by amicable means.
In addition, our office is also experienced in handling Bankruptcy Cases in the
Commercial Court in the Central Jakarta.
Our law office’s scope of work also comprised handling of State Administration
disputes and Labor disputes.
